  • Overhead stretch.
  • i. Overhead rotations clockwise (30 seconds)
    ii. Overhead rotations counterclockwise (30 seconds)
  • Side stretch left & right (30 seconds)
  • ​Good mornings (30 seconds)
  • Mountain climbers (30 seconds)
  • Overhead squat (10 times).
  • Burpees (10 times).
